Course Schedule
(Subject to changes as needed)

Week 1: Introduction to Course. Chapter 1.

Students should read Chapter 1 and then try to work ALL of the problems in the LSAT section beginning on p. 51. If you do not understand some of them, contact me and tell me which ones.

Week 2: Chapter 2.

Students should read Chapter 2 and then try to work ALL of the problems in the LSAT section beginning on p. 109. If you do not understand some of them, contact me and tell me which ones.

Week 3: Chapter 3 and Chapter 4.

Students should read Chapters 3 and 4 and then try to work ALL of the problems in the LSAT sections beginning on p. 164 and p. 265. If you do not understand some of them, contact me and tell me which ones.

Week 4: Roe v. Wade and Begin Chapter 5.

Students should read Chapter 5 and then try to work ALL of the problems in the LSAT section beginning on p. 342. If you do not understand some of them, contact me and tell me which ones.

Week 5: Drafts of Out-of-Class Paper #1. Unversity of California at Davis v. Bakke and Review Chapters 1-4.

Week 6: Out-of-Class Paper #1 Due. Take-Home for non-LSAT students. Practice LSAT for LSAT students. Continue Chapter 5.

Week 7: Chapter 6 and Gregg v. Georgia.

Week 8: Chapter 7 and TBA. Out-of-Class Paper #2 Due.

Week 9: Review Chapters 5-7 and TBA.

Week 10: TBA. Evaluations. Take-Home Test Due OR Final Practice LSAT. Final Paper Due.
